Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies is encouraging participation in the second AIM (Act, Inspire, Motivate) forum on March 11 and 12, with the theme: “A New Leadership Playbook”.
The forum “will enable women at all levels of leadership – from college student to CEO – to engage in a series of immersive workshops and captivating conversations that will provide new insights on leadership strategies, practical skills and professional growth in the building industry.”
“AIM’s goal is to help you build your own professional and personal Leadership Playbook that considers strategy, process and outcomes to refine your leadership style and promote both professional and personal growth,” the university says in its announcement.
