General contractor Kinley Corp. has started construction on a new Subway restaurant in Allegany, the Olean Times Herald reports.
Per franchise and property owner Matthew Keller, crews finished work on the foundation at the West State St. location.
Keller’s old Subway restaurant, a converted Pizza Hut located right at the border of the city of Olean and town of Allegany, was destroyed in a large Sept. 29 blaze.
