Dennis Trzeciakiewicz is the latest addition to PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC and we welcome him as a superintendent to our Northeast Division. He built a successful career on the east coast working with several leading organizations and his experience and unwavering commitment will be a boon to PREMIER clients in the Northeast, the company says in a news release.
Trzeciakiewicz most recently worked for a top general contractor in the popular Bronx neighborhood of New York. Prior to that, he was a superintendent at a government-run housing facility in Brooklyn where he led renovations, excavations and the entire design and build process.
As a superintendent at other organizations, he was in charge of demolition and construction for multi-million dollar projects in the retail sector. He built premium brand stores and was even involved in the construction of the new Yankee Stadium. While he supervised a wide range of initiatives, and specialized in everything from scheduling, budgeting and estimating to project management, he stayed constant in this respect—he was a strategic thinker and creative problem solver for all his clients.
“I have worked with many no-nonsense clients on the east coast,” says Trzeciakiewicz. “However, I’m used to big personalities and big ideas because this is where I grew up. I take client visions seriously and work hard to make them come true.”
Trzeciakiewicz is particularly proud to have been a part of the realization of low-income housing, which included two, nine-story buildings constructed over New York tunnels. Because of his efforts, many families were able to get back on their feet. He is also OHSA-certified and puts safety first on any job site. He attributes his compassion and work ethic to his upbringing and to his start in the field as a union carpenter.
