Houlihan-Parnes has secured a $10-million construction loan for a grocery store in Woodmere.
The 80,000-sq.-ft. Stop & Shop grocery store will be constructed in the Five Towns Shopping Center, a roughly 500,000-sq.-ft. retail center located at 253-01 Rockaway Blvd.
The loan, provided by an undisclosed national lender, carries a 2.78-percent fixed interest rate.
