PREMIER says it has opened an office in this pivotal state to work closely with clients in the Northeastern region of the U.S. Peter Stavrinou, who has more than 20 years of experience in design and build across New Jersey and surrounding areas, is managing the office.

New Jersey’s infrastructure and distribution capabilities are enticing to third-party logistics companies and high-end specialized manufacturers to move to, PREMIER says in a news release. Many of these organizations are looking for modern and adaptable warehouse spaces to facilitate more efficient business operations.
The proof is in the numbers: 27.2 million sq. ft. of new industrial space was leased in New Jersey in 2015, according to commercial real estate services leader, Cushman & Wakefield. That is an increase of 18 percent year over year.
