NYC to restart construction plan reviews in August

New York City is preparing to restart its planning process to approve the construction of new apartment buildings and other projects.

The City Planning Commission will begin holding hearings again virtually in August, while community boards will get back to work reviewing proposals in September, reports The New York Post.

The planning process, known as ULURP (Uniform Land Use Review Procedure), in March because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
