Real Data Management says it has released the latest feature of the company’s RealAccess mobile application called Leasing and Marketing Plan Automation, which conveniently generates floor plans into a company’s customized template.

“This feature is the next step ahead in our commitment to help our customers be successful and deliver high performance,” said RDM CEO Peter Boritz. “Our platform is the key to helping deliver portfolio organization and productivity.”

The feature works with only one click and helps users to streamline their workflow by eliminating lag time and reducing third party expenses. It is designed for but not limited to real estate professionals.

According to RDM, many commercial real estate brokers and sales persons struggle with creating effective marketing materials. The Leasing & Marketing Plan button aims to cut the “tedious inter-department exchange to bring information and marketing materials together.” Moreover, the RealAccess application can also be integrated into accounting systems such as MRI and Yardi.

As for the accuracy of the automated floor plans, RDM assures that all measurements error-free as they will be taken from data previously integrated by users in their RealAccess accounting system.

To activate the feature, RealAccess customers must submit their marketing materials and have RDM’s design team create a branded template that can be shared by all users registered under the company. If a customer does not have any collateral, they can opt into the Marketing Plus program to have a customized flyer done for a building or portfolio.
RDM supports over 750 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate nationwide as a software solutions provider. Their products are used by industry leaders such as New York’s largest commercial landlord SL Green and developer Feil Organization.
