Sanders Equities wants to convert a retail asset in Westbury into a 153,000-sq.-ft. industrial building.
The property is located on seven acres at 1085 Old Country Road and includes a 192,000-sq.-ft. Building, RebusinessOnline reports.
The developer plans to begin work in spring 2021 to downsize the property to 153,000 sq. ft. and remove the second floor to increase the ceiling height to 32 feet.
