Construction is underway on a mixed-use development at 299 Chauncey St. in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn, according to a report from New York Yimby.
The developers, Prestige Equity Holdings and Wolf Group & Partners, are working to add five units called onto an existing 6,020-sq.-ft. structure originally built in 1925. The new units will be 500-sq.-ft. duplexes with double-height ceilings and large windows, the report said.
Brooklyn-based design firm Raab Interiors is providing design and construction services for the project located in between Ralph and Howard avenues.
Completion is expected by winter 2020.
