Leeding Building Group has topped off two New York hotel projects for Lightstone, a real estate developer.
The hotels, which will carry the Marriott Moxy Brand, will be completed “as New York City makes its dramatic comeback from the past year,” Lightstone president Mitchell Hochberg said in a Sept. 30 statement. “We are proud to be part of the city’s renaissance.”
Leeding is managing construction of Moxy Lower East Side, a 303 room structure designed by Stonehill Taylor. The same design and construction team is also building a 216-room hotel in Williamsburg.
