An investor behind several Bronx real estate projects has filed plans for another multifamily building, Crain’s New York Business reports.
Robert Lumaj of Atlantis Development plans to construct a five-story, 42-unit building at 637 E. 233rd St. in Wakefield, according to plans filed on Nov. 3 with the NYC Department of Buildings.
Leder-Luis Architectural Design 637 E. 233rd St. has designed 32,000 sq. ft. structure that will be 48 feet tall. Two single family homes are currently at the site.
