RJ Capital Holdings and RB Realty Capital secured $65 million in loan from CIT Bank and Naftali Credit Partners for their a condominium project in Queens, reports the Commercial Observer.
The 25,000-sq.-ft. building will rise on a lot at 107-02 Queens Blvd. in Queens’ Forest Hills section.
Designed by Jarmel Kizel Architecture and Engineering, the 10-story building will include 74 condo units. It will include a parking garage, a gym and a rooftop deck.
Construction has started on the project which is set to be completed in 2021.
