Forman Group wants to turn a 40-year-old building in Dumbo’s historic district into an 11-story office building, New York YIMBY has reported.
The developer submitted applications to the city requesting approval to redevelop the one-story building at 25 Jay St. into a ft. office tower. The project needs approvals from City Planning and the Landmark Preservation Commission.
The project will feature about 212,710-sq.-ft. of office space, 12,225-sq.-ft. of ground-floor retail and a parking accommodations for a total of 45 vehicles.
