New York City-based Hung & Chong Real Estate could soon start the work on a mixed-use project in Queens.
According to a report in Commercial Observer, the developer has secured $75 million in construction financing from Shanghai Commercial Bank for the residential and retail project on Northern Boulevard in Queens.
The site is located at 144-51 Northern Boulevard in Queens’ Flushing section.
No more details were available about the project.
