LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer, is currently seeking qualified and certified NYS MBE/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors to provide a commercially useful function for the SUNY Brockport Tuttle Hall North Renovation.
A project labor agreement (PLA) has been adopted for this project.
The scope of work includes adding a new multipurpose turf field, renovating two existing gyms, adding new locker rooms and associated restrooms, updating mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems, and hazardous materials abatement.
Goals are:
- MBE: 12%
- WBE: 8%
- SDVOB: 6%
