Construction has reached above-ground levels on a two-tower Brooklyn project, Waterview at Greenpoint.
Ray Builders Inc. says that the 30 and 40 story towers are scheduled to be completed by May, 2022.
New York YIMBY reports that the 811,000 sq. ft. project has been designed by CetraRuddy and developed by Clipper Equity. A 300-car garage is below a shared seven-story podium, with overall 720 units (200 designated as affordable).
WSP is the structural engineer for the buildings at 77 and 87 Commercial Street.
