New York YIMBY reports that Related’s massive office tower 50 Hudson Yards will be imminently moving forward with an announcement yesterday on the Nikkei that Mitsui Fudosan would take a 90 percent stake in the project, which is valued at $3.6 billion.

The project on the southwest corner of 34th St. and 10th Ave. will be designed by Norman Foster and will be one of the largest structures in New York City, totalling approximately 2.9 million square feet. While it won’t be the tallest skyscraper in Hudson Yards, it will still be the largest. BlackRock has already signed on for 850,000 sq. ft. of space.

The building is expected to be completed by 2022.
