Amazon plans to build a warehouse and distribution facility at the Lake Erie Commerce Center in Hamburg, reports The Buffalo News.
The 181,500-sq.-ft. building would be constructed on 57.4 acres of land on Lakeshore Rd., at the intersection with Bayview Rd.
The project, designed by Gensler with help from Carmina Wood Morris PC, is much smaller than the 3.8-million-sq.-ft. national distribution facility that Amazon had planned last year on Grand Island and was rejected.
