Astoria West has filed a permit for a new nine-story residential building in Astoria, Queens.
The site is located at 11-37 31st Avenue, between Vernon Boulevard and 12th St. The 91-feet building will cover about 110,450 sq. ft. and will feature 168 units, according to a report by New York YIMBY.
The project will be a ground-up development and will replace an extant two-story structure on site, according to the report. The project is designed by Christopher Fogarty of Fogarty Finger Architecture.
Astoria West has yet to release renderings, and a construction timeline.
