Avdoo & Partners Development has broken ground on 110 Boerum Place, a new residential project in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. This development is set to add 21 luxury condominium residences to one of the last remaining parcels in the neighborhood.
Designed by Brooklyn-based Brent Buck Architects, the six-story building will encompass approximately 65,000 sq. ft., spanning the full block from Dean Street to Pacific Street. The building will also include amenities such as parking, storage, and bike storage.
Avdoo & Partners is currently managing four active developments in Brooklyn, including another residential project called Bergen, designed by architect Frida Escobedo.
Batu Aksoy, CEO and vice-chairperson of Aksoy Holding, is collaborating with Avdoo on this project. Aksoy is recognized for the Ritz Carlton project in Bodrum and is expanding his portfolio across various locations, including New York, Florida, and Colorado.
