The New York Siting Board has given approval to Northland Power to move forward with its next phase of construction on its wind farm project in eastern Broome County, reports WSKG.
Work will begin over the summer to build roads, electrical components and concrete pads for the 27-turbine Bluestone wind project in the Towns of Windsor and Sanford.
The wind turbines are set to be erected during the summer of 2022
