Excalibur Equities, which owns and operates more than 30 properties throughout the New York City, announced construction of a 16-unit apartment building in Brooklyn’s Flatbush area.
The building will have one and two bedroom apartments. It will feature both elevators and a garage, according to the company.
Flatbush is known as one of the New York City’s hottest regions, the spokesperson noted. Founded in 1651 by Dutch colonists, the neighborhood is made up of several subsections and has a population of around 111,000 residents.
Construction of the building is expected to be completed by spring 2019.
