Construction has started on the first Cobblestone Hotels’ location in New York.
The project, located at 11591 Maple Ridge Rd. in Medina, is being development by a partnership of Medina Hospitality and Creekside Hospitality, The Buffalo News reports.
The 39,000-sq.-ft. hotel will include 54 guest rooms and four extended-stay suites, with an onsite convenience store, 24-hour coffee service, a fitness room and daily complimentary hot breakfast.
The new $6.75-million project was financed by Generations Bank and the New York Business Development Corp.
