Developers have filed applications for permits to construct a seven-story mixed-use structure in Brooklyn’s Bedford–Stuyvesant neighbourhood at 519 Nostrand Avenue.
The Garden Bond/Mendel Fleischman is the owner, New York YIMBY reports. The architect of record is Diego Aguilera Architects.
The overall 32,481 sq. ft. concrete structure will reach 74 ft., with most of the site (30,746 sq. ft.) on the current vacant lot to be used for 45 residences. There also will be 1,735 sq. ft. of commercial space.
