JS Squared plans to build 38 townhomes in The Hamptons, Long Island after securing a $43 million construction loan.
McDonough & Conroy Architects designed the project at 66 Nowedonah Ave., New York YIMBY reported on May 31. The community of 2,500 to 2,800-sq. ft. townhomes is expected to open next spring.
There will also be a recreation center with a heated outdoor pool, a media room, a fitness center, a spa, and a lounge with a fireplace.
World Wide Group president James Stanton and Jeffrey Suchman, president of Suchman Group, are backing on JS Squared.
