Dunn Development has secured $37 million in construction loan for Austin 147, a residential building in The Bronx.
The project will offer 80 affordable units of housing for low and moderate-income families. The site is located at 880 East 147th St.
Construction is underway on the 11-story building and is expected to complete in summer 2021.
The $37 million project is designed by SLCE Architects.
