JEMB has secured a $235 million construction loan to build a new office tower in the heart of downtown Brooklyn.
The project, One Willoughby Square or also known as 1WSQ, would be the tallest Class A office tower in Brooklyn, New York YIMBY reports.
Construction is underway on the 34-story, 495-foot-tall, 500,000-sq.-ft. complex. The first six floors of the tower will be home to an 87,000-sq.-ft. school, capable of holding 300 attendees.
The 18,000-sq.-ft. site is located at the center of a parcel of land bound by Willoughby St., Fulton St., Albee Square W, and Duffield St.
The office tower project is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
