Alex Thompson has joined National Realty & Development Corp. as the organization’s tenant construction chief.
Thompson was instrumental in directing construction for the first retail tenants at Westfield’s World Trade Center mall, according to CSA.
He takes over as vice-president of tenant construction for NRDC subsidiary Regional Construction Corp.
During his time at the Howard Hughes Corporation, Thompson managed the tenant coordination of the South Street Seaport project in New York City. With NRDC he will oversee all tenant improvements, building alterations, and new pad building development for 78 projects across 14 states.
