NV5 Global, Inc., a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions, says it has been selected by the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) to provide resident engineering inspection services for sewer replacement work on Willets Point Boulevard and surrounding streets in Queens.

NV5 has worked continuously for the NYCDDC since the agency’s inception in 1996. NV5 is part of a project team performing the work, with NV5 fees expected to be $7 million.

“We are pleased that NYCDDC continues to recognize NV5 as a valued resource for engineering services in New York City,” said chairman and CEO Dickerson Wright. “We look forward to continuing this relationship.”

Liam Madden, NV5’s director of construction services, said in a statement: “We value NYCDDC as a long-term client, and look forward to continued work with them on their construction program. We are honored that NV5 has been selected to provide inspection services for this high profile project in the Whitestone area of northern Queens.”
