Contractor AECOM Tishman this week topped out One Vanderbilt, one of New York’s tallest buildings, at 1,401 feet.
Developer SL Green says the milestone this week for the project which started in 2015 puts the work thee months ahead of schedule.
The completed 77-floor tower will have nearly 1.7 million sq. ft. of office space above Grand Central Terminal. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the building.
