Philadelphia-based Pennrose Properties wants to construct a nine-story mixed-use project at 50 Pennsylvania Avenue, according to permits by the company with the city’s Department of Buildings, reports The Real Deal.
The site is located between Atlantic Avenue and Fulton St. Plans call for the development of 179,000 sq. ft., including 157,000 sq. ft. residential space and 22,000 sq. ft. commercial space.
The project is designed to replace a single-story home furnishing store and is slated to offer 218 apartments.
