Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building in the Bronx at 1816 Harrison Ave., New York YIMBY reports. Yoel Horowitz, through Highline Developers BKLYN LLC is listed as the owner for the proposed 75-foot-tall residential development to occupy 15,561 sq. ft.
The architect of record for the infill project is Asher Hershkowitz Architect PLLC.
The steel based structure will have 24 residences. The current structure, for which demolition permits have not been issued, has two units and was originally built between 1910 and 1920.
