Skanska has signed a contract with the New York City Health and Hospital Corp. to renovate the North Central Bronx Hospital in Bronx, New York.
The contract is valued at $64.8 million.
The 71,000-sq.-ft. renovation includes the addition of 120 Intensive Care Unit beds and support space for the executive administration staff at the existing hospital.
Construction is underway and is set to complete in September 2020.
