Suzuki Capital‘s development arm has has announced a new $14.5 million condominium project near the western boundary of Gowanus, Brooklyn. The five-story building at 114 15th St. has been designed by Darius Toraby Architects and will debut as Gowanus Manor, New York YIMBY reports.
The project includes 19 residences, in 16,549 sq. ft. with additional rear yard area. The developers indicate that the project is expected to open before the end of 2020.
