Developer Jude Bernard has filed a permit for a new three-story commercial office building at 29 Carlton Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, New York Yimby has reported.
The site is located in between Flushing Avenue and Park Avenue. The new building will cover 1,851 sq. ft., stand 39 feet tall and include a basement.
The project is being designed by Joseph Smerina of New York Design Architects, according to the report.
No construction timeline for the project has been announced yet.
