Westmount Equities plans to build a new seven-story residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The firm is seeking permits for the construction of the building in Flatbush at 1173 Rogers Avenue, according to a report by New York Yimby.
Plans call for the replacement of the existing one-story commercial property at the site. The building will contain 16,900 sq. ft. of residential area with an additional 3,000 sq. ft. parking structure to accommodate 12 vehicle.
The apartments, featuring 20 units in total, will measure about 845 sq. ft. apiece.
The project’s designer is Beam Architects.
