Construction is underway on the Clemens Square improvement project in the City of Elmira.
The project includes new paving, overhead ‘string lighting’, benches, bike racks, an elevated seating / multi use platform, trees, and other plantings, reports WETM.
Streeter Associates Construction is performing the work that is expected to complete in September 2020.
The project is funded by the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative program.
