Bridgeton Holdings is set to start construction on a $57-million redevelopment project.
The company is converting the former office property into a 171-key boutique hotel called the Walker Hotel Tribeca, according to a report from The Real Deal.
The 10-story property has frontages on Broadway, Walker St. and Cortlandt Alley, making it one of the very few buildings in Manhattan to have two street corners.
The property features 17 foot ceiling heights on the ground floor and between 11 and 14 foot ceiling heights on the remaining floors.
