Shanghai Commercial Bank is providing financing for Radio Tower & Hotel, a colorful 22-story building in Washington Heights.
Youngwoo & Associates scored $130.6 million in financing from the Hong Kong-based lender for the mixed-use development, according to The Real Deal.
Designed by Dutch firm MVRDV, the project at 2420 Amsterdam Ave. will be a joint hotel, office and retail project.
Youngwoo & Associates and its project partner Beijing Construction and Engineering Group International held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 221-key project in November.
