A new eight-story residential building is coming to the Bronx neighborhood of Williamsbridge near the Bronx River Parkway.

The building will rise at 3073 Barker Avenue, and the ground-up structure set on the interior of the block will include a cellar level and a total of 25 units, according to a report from New York Yimby.

The developer is Vyacheslav Faybyshev of Omnibuild, according to the documents filed with the city.

The total square footage of the project will measure 24,195 sq. ft., with the residential units taking up 16,869 sq. ft. The building also has allotted space for unspecified community facilities, and will stand 80 feet tall, according to the report.

Dome Architecture and Design was hired to design the future structure. No demolition permits have been filed yet, says the published report.

The developer hasn’t disclosed construction timelines.
