PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC says Jim Kelly has joined the company’s Northeast Division as a superintendent. Kelly’s entire career has been spent working in the Garden State. His expertise and dedication will have a positive impact on PREMIER clients in the New Jersey and the surrounding areas.

Kelly most recently was the development director at a leading New Jersey development company where he was responsible for permits, bidding, contracts, budgeting, requisitions and more. While there, he managed construction from start to finish and served as the acting superintendent in the field. Prior to that position, Kelly was president of a general contractor company, regional director of another corporation and began his career in project management.

He has been part of—as an executive, superintendent and project manager—almost every part of the design + build process and knows construction industry intimately given his 24 years of experience. Although he has performed many duties during his distinguished career, one thing remains constant: his focus on the Northeast.

“New Jersey is more than my home, it’s who I am,” says Kelly. “I jumped at the chance to work with PREMIER, because I would be able to continue working with local companies, and because I know this firm is the best at what it does.”

Kelly has worked on a range of retail, industrial and commercial projects. He is particularly proud to have helped build dozens of medical facilities. However, no matter what the challenge, he brings focus and energy to each project.

“Jim is going to fit in extremely well with the dedicated team at our New Jersey office,” says PREMIER vice-president Peter Stavrinou, “He is a leader in the true sense that he wants to leverage his experience to serve both his team and his clients.”
