The New York Build Expo, the largest construction and design show in the Tri-state area, takes over the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City next week. The event runs March 12 and 13, with more than 500 exhibitors and 500 speakers across 14 conference tracks including new topics such as international Business, AI & digital construction, and tall buildings and skyscrapers.

Participants can attend accredited workshops, exclusive networking events tailored for various sectors of the AEC industry, and an expanded ambassador program focusing on women and diversity in construction, as well as sustainability and real estate. The expo also introduces a government hub, connecting suppliers with government agencies to explore upcoming projects and business opportunities.

The conference agenda includes sessions such as “A Circular Future: Redefining Sustainability in the AEC Industry,” “Creating the Smartest Buildings in the USA,” and “Forecasting the Future of Architecture: Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities.” Presenters include industry leaders Felice Farber, Executive Director of the Subcontractors Trade Association, and Vanessa Kassabian, Global Design Leader and Principal at DLR Group.

More than 40,000 visitors are expected, including contractors, architects, civil engineers, realtors, developers, government officials and construction professionals.
