DDB Contracting of Newton, NJ says it has been awarded a renovation contract for the Sheraton Hotel in Parsippany, NJ.
Deserae Albanese, responsible for business development and marketing, says “the current contract is in excess of $2 million.”
The renovation includes extensive upgrades and modernization to the existing hotel facilities. These changes are to ensure the hotel stays within Sheraton Hotel property standards as part of the brands yearly Property Improvement Program initiatives. The project is set to be completed over the course of several months.
The Sheraton Parsippany Hotel is owned by Host Hospitality Management, the largest hotel management company in the US, and represents brands such as Westin, Marriott, and the Ritz Carlton.
