Spitzer Enterprises plans to build new waterfront apartments in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City.

The development, located to the south of the Williamsburg Bridge, along Kent Avenue, between Broadway and South 9th St., includes three multi-dimensional residential glass towers.

Dubbed 420 Kent Avenue, the project will offer 857 residences, 20,000 sq. ft. of restaurant and retail space, over 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenities, and more than 80,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space including a 400-foot-long landscaped riverside esplanade located in the center of Brooklyn’s neighborhood – South Williamsburg waterfront.

Designed by ODA New York, the project is expected to begin by 2019.
